Globalance Bank has been recognised as the best private bank in the DACH region by the prestigious FUCHS | RICHTER Prüfinstanz. Globalance was awarded first place in Switzerland for the fifth time in a row.
FUCHS | RICHTER Prüfinstanz has published the results of this year’s market test on the quality of advice in German-speaking private banking and wealth management. The test, which is based on extensive mystery shopping, included a total of 70 participating banks, asset managers and family offices from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The aim of the study was to scrutinise the quality of advice and investment expertise of the institutions. This year, the focus was on financial retirement planning for a wealthy private client.

Points were awarded in the categories advisory discussion (40 %), investment proposal (from the customer’s perspective; 10 %), transparency (15 %), assessment by the expert jury (beauty contest; 20 %) and investment expertise (15 %). Globalance scored top marks in the consultation, investment proposal and investment expertise.
