DÉBORAH’S BACKGROUND
Déborah Haymann serves as the CEO Assistant, Board Secretary, and Head of Media Relations. In these diverse roles, she keeps things running smoothly and maintains oversight.
Prior to her time at Globalance, Déborah spent over 15 years in various positions in the insurance industry. Most recently, she held a cross-functional role in customer and market management for P&C Underwriting, where she analyzed customer needs, implemented strategic goals for customer acquisition and development, and led projects to optimize the end-to-end customer journey.
After taking a personal break, she decided to explore something new and transitioned into the banking world.
Déborah Haymann holds a Master of Arts in General and Swiss History, as well as Popular Cultures from the University of Zurich. Privately, she is married, has two children, and enjoys learning about foreign cultures and their histories while traveling.
